4. Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $35.
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on destination.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Our products are fashion jewellery designed for special occasions. Gold-plated and alloy items may show wear over time with regular use — this is normal and not a defect. We recommend storing items in their box and avoiding contact with water, perfume, and lotions to extend their lifespan.
